What we do

Stopping decay before it spreads.

When decay reaches a tooth, a filling stops it from spreading and restores the tooth's shape and function. The goal is to treat it cleanly and get you back to normal with as little disruption as possible.

We'll walk you through what we found, where it is, and what we plan to do before we start. If a tooth has early-stage decay that qualifies, we may offer Curodont remineralization as a conservative alternative to drilling. When Curodont fits, we offer it. When it doesn't, we'll tell you why.

Composite (tooth-colored) fillings are our standard approach, blending with your natural teeth and requiring less removal of healthy tooth structure than older alternatives.

What to expect

How a filling appointment runs.

  1. We explain what we found.

    Before anything happens, we walk you through the x-rays in plain language. You'll know what the decay looks like, how significant it is, and what treating it involves.

  2. We discuss your options.

    The dentist will go over the treatment plan with you, including whether Curodont remineralization is an option. No surprise work, nothing added to your visit without a conversation first.

  3. The filling itself.

    We numb the area, remove the decay, and place the composite filling. Most appointments are straightforward and take less than an hour for a standard cavity.

  4. What comes next.

    Brief aftercare guidance and any follow-up if needed. Most patients leave the same day with everything resolved.

We accept most PPO plans. Fillings are typically a covered basic service under most dental insurance plans.

No insurance?

We offer third-party financing through Cherry, along with an in-house membership plan for patients who prefer it.
